Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

One entry per person.

Entry is free. No purchase, booking, investment or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

The winner of the current prize draw will be drawn on 31 July 2026 at 5:00 pm. Subsequent monthly prize draws will be conducted while this promotion continues.

The prize consists of a complimentary two-night stay for up to four guests at a participating Stay Hamilton property, subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.

The prize is subject to accommodation availability.

The prize must be redeemed within six months of the applicable draw date.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

The winner will be notified by phone and email using the contact details provided.

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, or does not accept the prize within that time, Stay Hamilton reserves the right to redraw the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and general location/region in promotional material relating to the prize draw.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must complete the Promoter's guest verification process. This includes providing valid government-issued photo identification for all adult guests who will be staying at the property and the registration number of the vehicle being used during the stay (if applicable). Failure to provide the requested information within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Employees of Stay Hamilton and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

By entering, you agree to receive email communications from Stay Hamilton. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer be eligible for future monthly prize draws; however, your entry into the current month's draw will remain valid.

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to administer the prize draw, contact entrants and winners, send marketing communications where you have consented to receive them, and otherwise in accordance with Stay Hamilton's Privacy Policy.

Stay Hamilton reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue this promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect entries already received for the current monthly prize draw.

Stay Hamilton's decision in relation to the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
